The Central Team of Advisors at World Vision had the pleasure to experience a leadership training from Bill Goodwin. Our team enjoyed the team building and leadership trainings. We left the training feeling connected and energized. It was a great experience.

I attended a Live2Lead event hosted by Bill Goodwin and Priority Living of Minnesota in the fall of 2021. It was a great time of reflection and encouragement.

That event led us to ask Bill if he would teach a Mastermind course on the book Know What You are FOR by Jeff Henderson with our leadership team. Ten of us spent several weeks meeting with each other and with Bill as we went through the book. Bill did an excellent job of leading discussions and keeping us focused. He was insightful on many occasions in knowing that someone almost said what they meant or what needed to be said but hadn’t quite. He then gently and determinedly brought the issue to the table so we would discuss it. Most helpful.

If your team is like ours, functioning but can use some refining, I highly recommend contacting Bill to do a Mastermind course. It brought everyone quite literally to the table, imparting a common vernacular in a comfortable and focused place that allowed us to talk through issues. It helped us to remember what we are FOR!
